PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE Value Adjustment Board – Organizational Meeting
The Liberty County Value Adjustment Board (VAB) will hold its annual Organizational Meeting on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
Location: Liberty County Civic Center – VFW Room
Purpose: Appoint VAB attorney; elect chair and vice chair; confirm public contact information; announce availability of Department of Revenue rules; adopt basic procedures/schedule; and any other organizational business.
This meeting is open to the public.
Appeal Notice (s. 286.0105, F.S.): Anyone who decides to appeal a decision made at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure a verbatim record is made.
ADA Notice (Title II / s.. 286.26, F.S.): Persons needing a reasonable accommodation or auxiliary aid to participate should contact the Clerk of the Circuit Court at least five (5) business days before the meeting.
